It's a forum where you post a fictional story you have made, it goes with a particular topic, in this case, that topic would be Pokemon.

Later, when more info is known about Pokemon Platinum, we should have a Forum for it. However, I'd just like to say that untill then, we have a Spectulation Thread in the main Diamond & Pearl forum.
