So....
...does anyone here think that the earliest members get the higher ranks? or do we get tested by the Admin to see who is worthy to be the Elite four of the phpBB?
you decide, then maybe ill make a suggestion thread for Admin to decide.

We should have a tournament to decide,top 4 be the Elite four
